Car repair costs twice as much as car worth…and won’t do much to extend life of car. What to do?
I only need two vehicles…my third one is an 11 year old Hyundai Sonata which is undrivable and needs repairs costing twice as much as what it is worth. Plus, even after the repairs, it has other problems that will require even more repairs/costs…and probably won’t extend the life of the car.
I don’t see any reason to pay that.
Instead, should I sell it to someone or hang on to it to trade it in or donate it to charity or what?
Thanks.

Sell the parts separately.

Hello
If you do not need It, Get rid of It. I suspect you are talking about a garage quote? They will be quoting for all new parts, and welding Is the worse at £30 per hour labour? All there labour will be about the same.

you would get a good price if you cash it in for scrap.
