Assuming that this car has been well taken care of, you should be in good shape to make it to 300K miles. With 200K miles in only 7 years, this sounds like a car with mainly highway miles, and that is a good thing. interstate driving is easier on vehicles than stop and go driving.
To keep you vehicle running well, have it inspected by a trustworthy mechanic. If it hasn’t been done recently, have it tuned up (new spark plugs, plug wires, coolant flush, oil change (w/ synthetic oil)), and make sure to have the timing belt checked for play. Make sure to keep your tires inflated properly, have your alignment checked about once every 18 months. Other than using synthetic oil (which is what I would recommend, it’s not really a requirement), just take care of it as you would any other vehicle, and this Solara should last you to 300K or more with little or no issue.

Keep the oil changed regularly, never run it hot and cross your fingers.
No guarantees.
