The cost for labor was 35 per hour. How many hours did the repair work take?

390 total cost – 215 cost of parts = 175 cost of labor

    $175/($35/hour) = 5 hours

I think you would subtract the cost of parts from the total bill. 390-215=175 and then divided 175 by the cost of hourly labor which would give you 5. so 5 hrs

Outside of body damage. I dont know any compitent mechanic that it would take 5 hrs to repair anthing on a car.. I work for the car industry and have watched engines taken out and replace in about a bout 45min..
