    I shop in only the outside grocery isles, where the fresh foods are. Dont eat what God didnt make. and dont binge. Stay active. I HATE working out but I love hiking, walking and biking. active doesnt have to mean sweating, just stay moving, scrape extra calories, like in drinks. dont eat what doesnt have any health values.

    You must make a healthy lifestyle choice a habit. It can be a bit difficult to adapt to at first but like any habit, once you make it part of your day it gets easier and easier to “think healthy first”. Once we see all the wonderful benefits of a healthy lifestyle choice, making unhealthy choices become much more apparent and easier to avoid..
