What should my fat percentage for my arms, legs and trunk be?
I just got a scale that could not only give me my fat percentage for my whole body, but could also break it down to give me my fat percentage on my body parts (for example: Arms with 42% of fat, legs with 30% etc.) However, it doesn’t tell me what the norm should be.
Could anyone tell me what’s the normal fat percentage for arms, legs and trunk should be?
