What can I put in a large pond to get rid of decomposing leafs? Need it to be safe for aquatic life?

We would like to add fish to stock our pond. Someone told me there was a site or place where you could obtain free fish. Pond is 100 feet long by 50 feet wide by by 10 feet deep. Live in the thumb of Mi.

You can try sludge-away from Microbe-lift, but be careful to have plenty of aeration if you use it. I am assuming you have a natural bottom pond. If it is a lined pond, you will need to use some other enzyme.
Is it warm enough yet in the thumb? It has been pretty chilly up there these past days. Your temps must be consistently about 60º F, day and night before this stuff will work well.
