Is my weight good to lay off running and focus on getting tonned?
I am 6’1 180 pounds male, am I at a healthy weight now? Should I layoff the running and start on the weight training now? I use to way 210 now 180 thanks for the help.

Running is just not about loosing weight. Running will also tone your muscles. Many have incorporated running and weight training together. I would recommend a hybrid workout. Overall, I think you should continue running with weight training.
