How much weight do you have to lose in order to see a difference in your face?

I’ve gained weight over the past year and I’ve noticed that the thing that bothers me the most is the change in my face. How quickly does the weight on your face go?

Last year I went on a diet and lost 75 pounds. It was at about 35 pounds lost that people started telling me that they could see the difference in my face.

If you want to lose weight from places like your cheeks or your upper arms, the best thing to do is to cut the fat. Good ole diet and exercise to cut your overall fat percentage within your body. A good guide to go by is to check your BMI ( Body Mass Index) and you can do that here http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

Start from there to see how much weight is healthy for you to lose.

At least for me, its the first place where people saw a difference when I lost weight. I would suspect I’m not unusual.

I really like the way you create and also the theme on your blog. Did you code this yourself or was it completed by a skilled? I’m pretty rather impressed.
