It seems almost impossible to fit all the fruits, vegetables, and everything into a busy day. How do you do it?

    it’s not hard at all.. buy fresh fruits and veggies. those are the easiest things to get into my diet! just munch on them when you’re hungry.

    I prepare it the night before and take it to work with me. I have a little fridge in my office. It takes planning.
