How do get I more fit and loose a little it of weight at the same time?

I am on a all star competitive cheerleading team and I want to look more fit, and loose just a little bit of weight at the same time. I dont want to go crazy and loose like thirty pounds in two months like some people, i just want to loose a little bit of weight and look more fit.
I am 5’7 and i weigh around 131lbs.
Please try to just give me tips and advise instead of sending me to websits! Thanks (:

    i’m 5’7 && 140 haha so don’t worry. i’m losing weight by eating cereal && whole wheats and fruit.

    just practice cheering you burn a TON of calories. i go down town with my friend and walk and i go to the mall and walk with my friends, just do fun activites. or you could always run.

    also cut our junk food ENTIRELY and sodas too, even diet they have sodium which makes you retain water, making your weight go up.
