How do I get motivated to be fit when I hate running?

I don’t like running at school and I’m quite often the slowest so I want to become more fit. However, I hate running sobi don’t know how else to become fit quickly, so that I’m not as slow in running. How do I get motivated to run or get fit another way?

    If you don’t like it, you shouldn’t do it. Find a sport that you enjoy. You could try cycling or playing a sport that involves running, maybe soccer or tennis?
